JAMB 2018/19 Registration: How To Correct Your Bio-Data

The Joint Admissions And Matriculation Board (JAMB) wishes to inform all candidates who made mistakes while doing their registration. such as Name, Gender, Subject Combination.

The 2018/2019 JAMB UTME registration was supposed to be closed on Tuesday 6th of February, but was postponed till 11th. So many candidates who may have made some spelling errors, date of birth, local government origin or subject combination error during the registration, are hereby told to relax as it is not going to affect your result neither your admission if you make a high score in JAMB and then later proceed to change.
The best news is that you can now do change or correction of your name spelling or position, using the JAMB Short Code (55019).

Please note that this change can only be done using the mobile number used to create the profile.

NOTE: If candidate has been Thumb-printed already, You would have to proceed to the bank to pay a fee of 2500 to JAMB, with a generated remita (RRR) code from the registration center for Data correction. Correction can only be done once using the JAMB registration platform any registration center.

NOTE: Do not pay any money to any stranger who claims to be an agent or JAMB co-ordinator, as you might be deceived and may be disqualified for malpractice.
