Pre degree programme was design to prepare candidates for utme and post utme examination and only successful candidates will get an automatic promotion to 100 Level while does who failed will return back to their various homes.
Pre degree does not give you 100% assurance of securing admission but it will surely give you an edge over others who didn’t apply and some smart and intelligent candidates take advantage of it.
